Conditions: • The product must be in its original condition and unused or unopened, except in case of manufacturing defect. • We must be notified immediately upon discovering the problem and attach proof of the order. • Return or exchange does not include products that have been opened or used to protect health and safety, unless there is a manufacturing defect. • We bear the shipping costs if the mistake is on our side.
